Caren Messing is an actor,  vocalist, published writer, digital artist, and mobile filmmaker. Over the past few years, Caren’s short musical film Swimming Upstream received numerous merit awards/recognitions and official selections internationally in the independent film festival circuit. She creates and edits her multimedia creations entirely on her iPhone. Most recently, Caren sang background vocals and performed in the newly released music video “Move On Groove On,” an infectious new single by the legendary NYC band The Shirts.
